The Document Specialist will provide services and perform activities associated with document processing including document preparation for distribution, scanning, copying, filing, data entry and delivery of prepared documents.

In the Role

  • Prepare, sort and/or process documents.
  • Utilize departmental equipment, system, and software.
  • Assist with basic record keeping requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Receive, sort and scan incoming vendor deliveries
  • Complete daily Evansville campus courier services
  • Confirming captured data used in associating presented documents properly relates to appropriate customer account(s).
  • Occasional lifting of objects up to 40 lbs. 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must Have Valid Driver's License

Location: Evansville, IN – 100% on site
