 In the Role you will:

  • Own one or multiple end-to-end pilots or initiatives aimed at advancing our operations and broader enterprise agenda

  • Evolve the organization’s strategy around how we organize our teams including rolling out and tracking pilots, scaling successful initiatives and executing on other enterprise priorities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives

Location: Hybrid NYC office

Requirements

  • 10+ years in professional settings, with a preference for backgrounds in change management, business analytics, technology rollout, or consulting.

  • BA required; MBA or other technical graduate degree preferred.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven track record of delivering results and leadership in complex and strategic initiatives.

  • Skilled in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives and projects.

  • Superior organizational and analytical skills, with expertise in required tools like Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically and align recommendations with organizational goals.

  • Organizational Awareness: Understanding of the organizational structure, culture, and dynamics to navigate and influence effectively.

  • Versatile: Capable of handling a wide range of tasks, from administrative to strategic.

  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy. Proficient in data and financial analysis to align initiatives with strategic objectives.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and R.) to support evidence-based recommendations.
