Operations Support Representative - INGO
OneMain Financial is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the open Operations Support Representative role in the INGO BillPay Support team in our London, KY Service Center. This position will provide administrative research and support when loan consolidation BillPay converts from electronic funding to funding with a central check.
In the Role
- Review, research, and potentially request stop payment and reissue for central checks for bill consolidation that are not cashed by creditors within 15 days of loan origination.
- Maintain timely, concise, and supportive communication with partners through the Branch Network, Accounting, Treasury, and other Operations departments via e-mail, phone, or Teams meeting.
- Identify issues, irregularities, or anomalies with uncashed checks, payment errors, or consistent team member process errors, and escalate accounts or scenarios as needed.
- Document and report monthly data, volumes, and process completion to management.
- Completing Ad-Hoc reviews as assigned by management.
- Ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensuring compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, and policies.
- Maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
- 1 (One) or more year(s) in financial services
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
