Operations Analyst
The Operations Analyst assists management in overall operations support and reporting. This role partners closely with various business partners to determine optimal staffing based on projected workload, resource availability and a variety of other factors affecting capacity planning. The Operations Analyst plays a vital part in the communication of capacity planning and coordinating resources needed to meet future business needs.
In the Role
- Analyze current and projected workload, resource availability, and any constraints or limitations to project future capacity needs to allow the business to effectively meet performance expectations.
- Compare projected need with the available resources to identify any potential capacity gaps and alignment with budget.
- Partner with Business, Finance and Human Resource Leaders to address gaps such as adding resources, adjusting workloads or optimizing resource allocation.
- Develop and prepare timely and accurate basic reporting and analysis.
- Analyze results of operations and performance based on existing reporting and ad hoc analytical business needs.
- Give basic presentations to various levels of management on reporting and analysis.
- Develop and implement new processes ranging in various levels of difficulty.
Requirements
- High School/GED Diploma
- Proficient technical skill set including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Actively work to grow technical skill set including , SAS, SQL, and Service Now.
Preferred Requirements
- Reporting Analyst, Operations Support and/or Call Center support experience.
Location: Onsite (hybrid) - Wilmington, DE; Fort Mill, SC; or Evansville, IN
